Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Arthize is operated by Arthize, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States. For privacy questions write to support@arthize.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, a hashed password, and your plan and usage counters (for example how many tasks you have used this month).
• Files you upload: the PDFs and images you send to a tool. They are processed to perform the job you requested and deleted after processing, as described below.
• Payment data: handled by Creem, our merchant of record. We receive the purchase confirmation, plan and a customer identifier. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage and device data: pages visited on the marketing site, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and error logs used to keep the service reliable.
• Support messages: the content of emails you send to support.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service (run the tools, keep your account and plan working), to process payments and invoices through Creem, to answer support requests, to secure and debug the platform, and to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded files to train AI models.

4. File retention

Uploaded files are stored only for as long as needed to complete the job you requested and to let you download the result. Files are deleted from the workspace after processing. Generated output files are deleted on the same schedule. We do not inspect the contents of your documents except where needed to operate the service or comply with the law.

5. Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. The workspace uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the workspace.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Arthize: Creem (payments and tax invoices), our hosting and storage providers, our email provider for transactional email, and analytics as described above. Each provider processes data only for the purpose we engage it for. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the EU or UK we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Write to support@arthize.com to exercise these rights; we respond within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time from the workspace, which removes your account data and files.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices to protect your data. No service can guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

10. Children

Arthize is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version always lives on this page and material changes are announced by email to account holders.
